An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
As your Health Coach I will listen carefully and together we’ll navigate the wide array of confusing nutritional and health information out there to find what truly works for you.
Together we will:

Determine your unique goals and make a plan

Decipher your body’s unique needs

Set weekly goals and work towards sustainable change

If appropriate, determine what has been prevented you from reaching your self-care goals and strategize how to get past those hurdles in the future
What you get:

Two 50-minute sessions per month

Email support or check-ins between sessions

Simple, tailored, healthy recipes for your cooking level

Handouts specific to your needs and goals

Motivation and accountability
6 mo program
This program is most recommended for long-term and lasting results. 12 sessions spread out over 6 mo will give you the chance to set more than one goal, implement the changes we come up with together, see where they succeed and where they don't and adjust when necessary. 6months will give us a chance to explore different areas of your life in depth. For example, how does stress contribute to your condition and what can we do about it? Also, how might we avoid future pit falls?

$1200 or $1100 with full payment up front
3 mo Program
If you're well on your way but just need help crossing the finish line. We will use these sessions to add to and tweek what you've already been doing. With 3 mo we can explore aspects of your life other than nutrition and exercise that may be sabotaging your success.

$720 or $670 with full payment up front
3 week intensive
Maybe you're just interested in general health tips or recommendations but are mainly doing well on your own. This would also be appropriate for someone who wants to start cooking healthy, or who has a new dietary restriction (no dairy, no gluten, etc), who just doesn't know where to start!
