With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, and 10 years of energy work, Cary specializes in relieving chronic muscle pain and energy imbalances, helping clients achieve long-term relief in mind and body. Drawing from a deep understanding of anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and energy work, Cary offers personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's needs, addressing pain and energy imbalance at its root cause.
In addition to traditional massage therapy, Cary is a certified Reiki and Emotion Code practitioner. With these tools, she utilizes energy healing to support the body’s natural healing and balancing processes, leaving you feeling lighter and more open to life.
As a dedicated health coach, Cary empowers clients to make lasting lifestyle changes, guiding them toward overall well-being through nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
